Senior Graphic / Web Designer Project work Offline

The company is launching a new brand and is looking for an experienced designer for project base work , who is capable of creating a modern, recognizable, and strategically developed visual identity. The main tasks include designing a logo and building a website in Figma, which will serve as the foundation of the new branding and define its future development.

Responsibilities

•  Develop a unique logo and cohesive brand identity

•  Create a design system and key visual elements of the brand

•  Design and prototype a website in Figma (desktop + mobile) with strong UX/UI focus

•  Prepare professional layouts for further development

•  Collaborate with the team and participate in strategic discussions on concepts

•  Provide suggestions to improve branding and user experience

Requirements

•  5+ years of experience as a graphic/web designer, including branding and web design projects

•  Strong portfolio showcasing logos, brand identity, and web design work

•  Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and modern design trends

•  Creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail

•  Experience working with international teams; English or Ukrainian for communication

Technologies & Tools

•  Figma (advanced level: design systems, prototyping)

•  Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects for motion graphics)

•  Sketch / Adobe XD (alternative UX/UI tools)

•  Principle / Framer / Webflow (interactive prototypes and animations)

•  Miro / Notion / Jira / Confluence (collaboration and project management)

•  Basic HTML/CSS knowledge (to understand web development constraints and possibilities)

•  Brand Guidelines Tools (creating brand books and identity systems)
