Head of Sales (Outbound Focus)

We’re Jett Develops, a digital product design & development agency working with early-stage startups and fast-growing companies in FinTech, GreenTech, SaaS, and EdTech. Our clients have raised over $20M and built products used by companies like Microsoft and Evergrow.
We’re ready to launch and scale a new outbound sales direction, and we’re looking for an experienced Head of Outbound Sales to lead this process.
This role is about building the LinkedIn and email outbound sales channel from scratch, while relying on existing internal standards, processes, and expertise that we already have as a company. You’ll have freedom in execution, but not chaos. We value structure, clarity, and measurable results.
What You’ll Do
- Build and launch our LinkedIn and email outbound sales direction from zero, following approved company standards
- Develop outbound strategy: ICPs, messaging, sequences, testing, and optimization
- Work hands-on with outreach in the early stages
- Set up clear processes, workflows, and reporting for outbound sales
- Hire, onboard, and manage a team of SDRs and Lead Generation Specialists
- Define KPIs, track performance, and improve conversion rates
- Collaborate closely with founders, marketing, and delivery teams
- Continuously improve outreach quality based on data, feedback, and modern tools, including AI-powered solutions
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in LinkedIn and cold email outbound sales, preferably in IT, digital services, or SaaS
- Experience building or scaling outbound sales processes
- Team management experience is required
- Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and decision-making processes
- Excellent written English. Clear and professional communication is a must
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mindset
- Ability to take ownership and drive results independently
- Experience using AI tools in sales, lead generation, personalization, analytics, or outreach automation
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an IT outsourcing or product company
- Experience selling services to startups or SMBs in US or EU markets
- Previous leadership role in sales or revenue-related functions
- English level: Upper Intermediate or higher
