Full-stack / Frontend Developer

Stay Group is an innovative Marketing Company with a mission to help businesses acquire their target customers and create top-tier solutions in the iGaming and entertainment industry. We’re looking for a passionate Full-Stack/Frontend Developer who loves turning ideas into seamless user experiences, crafting polished interfaces with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS, and shaping both the frontend and backend architecture while mentoring teammates and driving technical excellence.
 

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in frontend or full-stack development, preferably in a product-focused environment.
• At least 3 years of experience with Nuxt3 (with SSR), VueJS, and Tailwind.
• Strong experience with TypeScript, HTML, and CSS for building scalable and maintainable user interfaces.
• Knowledge of UI testing frameworks and ability to troubleshoot and optimize frontend performance.
• Experience with Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architectures.
• Familiarity with code review processes and the ability to enforce coding standards.
• Understanding of product architecture design and modern technology stacks.
• Experience with technical documentation and maintaining comprehensive records for products.
• Experience in releases and version control for new and existing products.
• Participation in Tech R&D and the ability to propose innovative technical solutions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, designers, and product managers.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces (UI) and new product features using TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Perform UI testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain high coding standards.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, designers, and product teams.
• Write and maintain comprehensive product documentation.
• Develop Backend for Frontend (BFF) architectures.
• Manage, mentor, and improve team performance.
• Identify and resolve product performance issues.
• Participate in product architecture design and technology selection.
• Contribute to technical research and development (Tech R&D).
• Oversee releases of new and existing products.
• Participate in recruitment and conduct technical interviews.
