What You’ll Be Doing


• High-volume B2B outbound calling
• Booking qualified meetings
• Calling defined Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP)
• Setting appointments that show up

 

Important:


• ICP is provided
• Lead lists are created for you
• Scripts are provided 

 

Your only job: show up, follow the playbook, and perform.

 

Tools & Dialer


We use Orum.com

 

• Auto-dialer
• Easy to learn
• Makes high daily volume very manageable

 

Performance Expectations


• 300 calls/day minimum (very doable with Orum)
• Consistency > experience
• Strong KPI culture — we like people who want to win

 

Compensation


• $2.5/hour base - first 2 weeks as trial. If passed, 4-5$ per hour base. (adjusts with performance & ramp)
• $40 per qualified meeting that shows up
• Uncapped bonuses for hitting/exceeding KPIs
• Clear path to higher base + higher bonus tiers
