- Ability to design intelligent automation to reduce manual operational work
Nice to have:
- AWS Professional certifications
- Experience running large-scale Kubernetes clusters in production
- Familiarity with chaos engineering or resilience testing
Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable AWS infrastructure in line with the AWS Well-Architected Framework, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
- Own production reliability and scalability, including incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement of system architecture and operations.
- Lead containerization and Kubernetes adoption, including migrations from Docker-based deployments to Kubernetes-native architectures and operation of multi-cluster, multi-region EKS environments.
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code and automation using Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripting to enable consistent, scalable infrastructure.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for containerized and Kubernetes workloads, supporting safe, zero-downtime deployments with fast rollback strategies.
