JavaScript / Next.js / NestJS for AI platform

Senior Full Stack Developer to own end-to-end features across our AI hiring platform. 

You’ll design scalable services, ship high-quality features, and drive technical decisions that power modern, customer-facing products. If you enjoy ownership, tackling complex problems, and working in lean teams, this role offers real impact and growth.
 

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end features across Next.js frontends and Nest.js services using TypeScript.
- Architect, implement, and maintain scalable microservices and APIs.
- Own deployments and infrastructure automation on AWS with best practices.
- Improve performance, reliability, security, and test coverage across the stack.

Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of building production web applications with JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and NestJS in production environments.
- Proven track record with microservices, REST, and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Practical AWS deployment experience and CI/CD workflows.
- Have a product mindset: you care about user experience as much as code quality
