Fullstack Developer (PHP, JS)

About the Project

We are developing a custom web platform focused on performance, stability, and long-term maintainability.

The platform is built using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with minimal use of third-party libraries and dependencies to maintain full control over the codebase.

We are looking for a senior full-stack developer to join the project on a part-time basis at the initial stage, with the possibility of increasing involvement over time.

Work Format

• Part-time
• 2–3 hours per day
• ~10–15 hours per month at the initial stage
• Flexible schedule

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend functionality using PHP
• Implement frontend features using HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript
• Design and optimize MySQL queries and schemas
• Work on end-to-end features (backend + frontend)
• Ensure clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Participate in architectural and technical decisions
• Improve performance, security, and code quality

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Full-Stack developer
• Strong expertise in PHP
• Solid experience with MySQL
• Confident knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (vanilla)
• Experience working with minimal third-party dependencies
• Good understanding of web security best practices
• Experience with Git
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience with legacy systems or custom platforms
• Performance optimization skills
• Basic DevOps or server-side experience
• REST API experience
