Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the payments and high-risk industry. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.
You would be running such tasks as:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients;
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support;
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services;
- Understand client business models, especially within high-risk industries, and provide tailored solutions;
- Resolve client issues through effective problem-solving and coordination with internal teams;
- Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth client experience;
- Monitor client performance, activity, and satisfaction;
- Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen relationships and represent the company;
- Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to help improve products and services.
Required skills and expertise:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong command of English (written and spoken);
- Knowledge or experience in the payments industry;
- Understanding of high-risk industries;
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities;
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills;
- Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach;
- Previous experience in fintech, payment processing, or PSP environment.
