Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients in the payments and high-risk industry. This role focuses on building long-term partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams.

 

You would be running such tasks as:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support;
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services;
  • Understand client business models, especially within high-risk industries, and provide tailored solutions;
  • Resolve client issues through effective problem-solving and coordination with internal teams;
  • Collaborate closely with Operations, Product, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure smooth client experience;
  • Monitor client performance, activity, and satisfaction;
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to strengthen relationships and represent the company;
  • Provide feedback from clients to internal teams to help improve products and services.

     

Required skills and expertise:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong command of English (written and spoken);
  • Knowledge or experience in the payments industry;
  • Understanding of high-risk industries;
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities;
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills;
  • Problem-solving mindset with a client-first approach;
  • Previous experience in fintech, payment processing, or PSP environment.
