👩💻 About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join a newly formed LATAM squad working on one of Sensi’s product lines.
You will be deeply involved in end-to-end development - from architecture and system design to production deployment. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, building products from scratch in a small, highly autonomous team.
You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership in the US and Israel, while working fully remotely from LATAM.
🛠 What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications using Node.js and React
- Develop RESTful APIs and cloud-based microservices
- Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and code reviews
- Own services end-to-end, from development to deployment on AWS
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure practices
- Collaborate with Product Managers and UX Designers across time zones
- Mentor other engineers and help define engineering best practices
Participate in on-call rotations as part of a global engineering team
✅ Must-Have Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack web development
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, Node.js, and React
- Proven experience building production systems from scratch
- Cloud development experience (AWS preferred, GCP acceptable)
- Experience working in small, autonomous teams
- Good spoken and written English for daily collaboration
- Willingness to work with overlapping hours with the US & Israel teams
