Key responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Spearhead the design, build, and testing of responsive and accessible web solutions, ensuring top-notch quality and user experience.

• Quality and Scalability: Ensure high quality and scalability of the solutions delivered by the team using modern engineering practices.

• Alignment with Standards: Work closely with the team lead to align the team’s ways of working with the company quality standards and technology roadmap.

• Process Improvement: Work on continuous improvement of the team delivery processes and identify areas for improvement at the company level.

• Requirement Breakdown: Collaborate with stakeholders to break down requirements into manageable work items, ensuring clarity and alignment with the team's capabilities.

Desired Qualifications:

• Accessibility Champion: Proven experience in developing web applications that adhere to WCAG accessibility guidelines, ensuring inclusivity for all users.

• Full-Stack Proficiency: Extensive experience (5+ years) with modern full-stack development using TypeScript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and robust testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress.

• Cloud Native Development: Experience with cloud technologies, including microservices architecture and serverless computing platforms such as AWS Lambda (or equivalent).

• CI/CD Mastery: Proficiency in configuring and managing CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions, Jenkins or similar tool, ensuring efficient and automated software delivery
