SDR for cold calls
Requirements:
โ At least 1 year of cold calling experience;
โ Experience in IT or online services;
โ Understanding of how to work with and without scripts;
โ Understanding of how to address business pain points;
โ Experience with email marketing;
โ English level B2+
Responsibilities:
- Working Hours: Aligned with US time zones (e.g., 5 PM โ 1 AM EEST);
- Proactive Outbound Outreach: Execute 50-70 cold calls daily to potential US clients across targeted industries (e-commerce, retail, manufacturing);
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify key decision-makers (Marketing Directors, E-commerce Managers, CTOs) and qualify leads based on budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT framework);
- CRM Management: Meticulously log all call activities, notes, and lead statuses in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) to ensure a clean and actionable pipeline;
- Appointment Setting: Schedule qualified introductory meetings for the senior sales team with a clear handover of context and pain points;
- Script Development & Iteration: Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously refine and improve cold calling scripts and talking points based on conversion data and market feedback;
- Market Intelligence: Gather and report on market trends, common objections, and competitive insights from prospect interactions.
