Software Engineer (Rust, AI Agents and Voice Systems)

Our system is built around autonomous AI agents that learn, decide, and act. It’s already running in production with global automotive brands, and we’re now looking for a strong engineer to help evolve and scale the system.

This is a role for someone who wants ownership, impact, and the chance to grow with a company that’s still early and moving fast.

What you’ll work on

• Core backend systems written in Rust
• Infrastructure for AI agents running in production
• Real-time communication systems (WebRTC, gRPC)
• Voice agents and audio pipelines (streaming, processing, low-latency systems)
• System architecture, scalability, reliability, and performance

• Close collaboration with a small, highly senior team

   

You’ll work on real systems, real customers, and real scale.

What we’re looking for

• Strong experience with Rust
• Solid understanding of infrastructure & distributed systems
• Experience with WebRTC and/or gRPC
• Strong understanding of system design and ability to communicate and document architectural decisions.
• Bonus: Python skills
• Bonus: experience with audio, voice, or real-time media
• You enjoy ownership, autonomy, and making technical decisions
• You want to build things that matter
