🎯 Role Objective

Maximize player activation, deposits, and Net Gaming Revenue (NGR) through high-performing outbound call funnels and scalable AI voice agents integrated into a CRM-driven omnichannel strategy.

Design high-impact outbound reactivation scripts that will become the core prompt logic for AI voice agents.
Your main task is to translate business goals into clear, conversion-driven conversation flows that AI can execute at scale.

 

πŸ“Œ Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Voice Script Architecture
  • Translate leadership requirements (β€œwhat the bot must achieve”) into:
    • structured call flows
    • intents & decision trees
    • objection handling logic
  • Design human-level sales conversations that can be converted into AI prompts.
  • Define:
    • opening hooks
    • value framing
    • reactivation triggers
    • exit & escalation logic (handoff to human, compliance cases).
  • Prompt Input for AI Engineers
  • Prepare clear, structured script specs for prompt engineers:
    • tone of voice
    • allowed / restricted language
    • branching logic
    • examples of good vs bad responses.
  • Work closely with AI / Prompt Engineers to refine prompt behavior based on real outcomes.
  • Reactivation & Retention Logic
  • Build scripts aligned with:
    • player lifecycle stage
    • deposit history & risk level
    • Responsible Gambling constraints.
  • Define KPIs for script success: activation, deposit rate, NGR impact.
  • Validation & Iteration (Demo Phase)
  • Deliver a working demo script (MVP) ready for AI implementation.
  • Iterate based on early bot performance and error analysis.

     

🧩 Requirements:

  • 5+ years in outbound telephony, reactivation, or high-ticket telesales
    (iGaming strongly preferred)
  • Proven ability to design call scripts that convert
  • Strong understanding of:
    • objection handling
    • value anchoring
    • behavioral triggers in phone sales
  • Experience working with or alongside:
    • CRM teams
    • call centers
    • product or automation teams.

       

βž• Nice to Have:

  • Experience as a Team Lead / Head of Call Center / Retention Lead
  • Familiarity with:
    • AI voice bots
    • conversational AI
    • prompt engineering (even at a conceptual level)
  • Knowledge of Responsible Gambling practices.
