Trainee Manual QA

Job Description

• Good analysis skills
• Good defects finding and reporting skills
• Some experience in mobile testing using real devices and emulators
• Knowledge of Operating Systems and some knowledge on network protocols
• Basic knowledge of test automation concepts and approaches
• Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
• At least Intermediate English 

Would be a plus:

• Basic Media (OTT, Smart TV apps, HTML5) experience and willingness to go deep into the technical side (media systems integration) 
• Experience with Jira, TestRails, Git
• Basic experience in TC writing

Job Responsibilities

• Manual testing of digital media applications on different platforms (Set-top-boxes, Smart TVs )
• API Testing
• Test Plan creation and update 
• Review of new features’ requirements, review of test-cases, test-case coverage
• Investigating and reporting issues
• Communication with Client on a daily basis
• Configuration of test environment
