Middle Back-end Developer Next.js / Node.js / Azure

We’re seeking a highly experienced Full Stack Developer (Next.js / Node.js / Azure) to help scale and evolve a modern DTC e-commerce platform with a sophisticated drag-and-drop funnel builder. Core Competence:
 

• 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade applications with React and Next.js, with strong focus on performance, SEO, and reusable component architecture.
• Hands-on experience developing complex drag-and-drop and visual editors using CraftJS, React Flow, and Zustand.
• 3+ years of backend development with Node.js and Express.js, using TypeScript in a microservices architecture with clear domain separation (Bounded Contexts).
• Strong experience working with MongoDB (schema design, aggregations), Redis (caching, sessions), and Azure Blob Storage.
• Proven expertise in building and maintaining Azure Functions for CRON jobs, webhooks, and event-driven workflows.
• Solid understanding of data validation and schema enforcement using Zod.
• Experience integrating third-party services (e.g. MailerSend, Twilio) and internal services via API Gateway.
• Strong knowledge of secure system design, including JWT authentication, RBAC, HTTPS, encryption, and logging/monitoring best practices.
• Experience collaborating with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and monitoring using GitHub Actions and Azure Monitor.
   

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Experience with ShadCN or other Tailwind-based UI libraries.
• Familiarity with Azure App Services, Service Bus, Key Vault, and App Configuration.
• Knowledge of Atlas Search or Vector Search.
• Experience with A/B testing, funnel analytics, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to Azure Event Hub or Azure Machine Learning integrations.
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English for effective collaboration in an international team.
