Sales Manager (B2B IT Recruitment Services) to $1800

We’re looking for a proactive Sales Manager with hands-on experience selling recruitment (RPO, IT recruitment) or HR services, who knows how to work with leads, handle objections, and close deals.

 

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience selling recruitment/HR services.
  • Strong hunter mindset: outbound, follow-ups, closing.
  • Ability to consult clients, understand hiring needs, and position solutions.
  • Confident communication in English (written & spoken).
  • Experience working with CRM, LinkedIn, and outreach tools.

 

Your role:

  • Engage and qualify inbound & outbound leads.
  • Run discovery calls and present recruitment/RPO solutions.
  • Handle objections and move prospects to contract.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Work closely with the CEO, Account Managers, and Recruiters.
