Weβre looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on LinkedIn outbound. This role is about strong written communication, structured outreach, and working with large volumes of data to consistently generate qualified leads.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Run LinkedIn outbound activities end-to-end: prospecting, first touch, and follow-ups.
β’ Write clear, human, and personalized messages (no βDear Sirβ style).
β’ Qualify leads and pass interested prospects to the Sales Lead.
β’ Work with large datasets of leads, replies, and conversion metrics.
β’ Maintain structured data and reports in Google Sheets.
β’ Test and iterate messaging approaches to improve response and conversion rates.
Requirements:
β’ Proven experience with LinkedIn outbound sales.
β’ Strong written English with the ability to write naturally and persuasively.
β’ Ability to work efficiently with large volumes of data.
β’ Confident use of Google Sheets.
β’ Experience with HubSpot.
Nice to have:
β’ Experience living or working in US / Canada.
β’ CRM experience (HubSpot or similar).
β’ Using AI tools in sales or outreach.
β’ Experience in a startup environment.
