Partnerships Manager
Mobilunity is a Ukrainian-based and operated provider of software engineering teams. Our typical clients are European, American and Japanese startups and small-to-mid sized companies working with our teams as permanent and equal extensions to their own software departments. With our collaboration model, engineers get direct access to the client’s technical management and work hand-in-hand with their peers both on the client’s side and in Ukraine. We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and develop strategic B2B partnerships. This role is about identifying the right types of partner businesses, initiating contact, leading partnership conversations, and negotiating mutually beneficial collaboration terms. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable with outbound outreach, understands business value, and can confidently drive partnerships from first contact to signed agreements.
Key responsibilities:
- Define and segment target partner categories (outsourcing companies, recruitment agencies, job boards, niche platforms, regional partners);
- Research markets and create lists of potential partners aligned with business goals;
- Initiate outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels;
- Set up and conduct introductory and discovery calls with potential partners;
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and negotiate partnership terms;
- Close partnership agreements and ensure clear alignment on expectations;
- Maintain and develop ongoing relationships with active partners;
- Track partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth or optimization.
Main expectations:
- Proven experience in partnerships (IT service companies);
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Confidence in outbound outreach and leading calls with senior stakeholders;
- Ability to understand different business models and identify win-win collaboration opportunities;
- Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset;
- Experience working with international partners is a plus;
- Fluent English (written and spoken).
