Full-Stack PHP+JS Engineer
We are looking for a PHP Developer / Support Engineer to join our engineering team and help support and evolve our internal infrastructure platform focused on WordPress automation and large-scale web operations. This is a remote, full-time role with the opportunity to work on complex automation workflows, infrastructure enhancements, and scalable systems that power content and domain management across many sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and extend a modular internal platform with an API-first architecture.
- Design, build, and optimize REST APIs including authentication, error handling, and data models.
- Work with WordPress infrastructure: plugin development/customization, automation of content processes, and database structure modifications.
- Integrate with external services such as hosting panels (e.g., HestiaCP/VestaCP), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN/SSL), and other site management APIs.
- Implement automation for recurring tasks using cron jobs, shell scripting, WP-CLI, and batch operations across multiple domains/sites.
- Ensure platform observability and stability by analyzing logs, profiling performance, and addressing reliability issues.
- Design and update database schemas, write complex SQL queries, and optimize data performance for large datasets.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with PHP 8.1+, object-oriented programming, PSR-4/12 standards, and modern PHP practices.
- Proficient with MySQL โ joins, subqueries, indexing, migrations, and performance tuning.
- Proven experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 for frontend support tasks.
- Experience working with WordPress, including automation, custom plugins, and multisite environments.
- Familiarity with hosting control panels and DNS/CDN services (e.g., Cloudflare API).
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote setup, troubleshoot complex problems, and own technical improvements.
- Experience in Gambling domain.
Nice to Have
- Experience with automation tooling and managing high-volume domain/site portfolios.
- Exposure to semantic search tools or vector databases (embeddings, Redis Search, Qdrant/Milvus).
- Familiarity with LLM integration (OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini) and AI-assisted automation.
- Additional scripting skills in Node.js or Python for tooling and integrations.
