Role overview
You will own the full sales cycle for our lead marketplace, from first contact to signed deal and onboarding. The goal is simple: convert warm demand into revenue and help us grow faster by building long-term relationships with buyers. You will work closely with marketing and product to improve conversion and deal quality.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Close deals from warm inbound leads and active outreach across our existing database
- Manage the full sales cycle - discovery, demos, negotiation, contract signing, onboarding
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM and track key metrics daily
- Identify deal blockers and improve conversion at every stage of the funnel
- Work with marketing to optimize lead quality and follow-up speed
- Collaborate with product to share customer insights and help shape what we build next
✅ What Makes You a Strong Fit:
- Availability to work 5 days per week, including mandatory Saturday and Sunday (weekend work is required)
Working hours: Eastern US Time (EST): 9/10 AM - 7/8 PM
- 1+ years of experience in active sales (B2B or B2C) with a strong closing track record
- Confidence in running discovery calls, demos, and negotiations with decision-makers
- understanding of sales metrics - conversion rates, pipeline health, plan vs actual
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar) and disciplined pipeline hygiene
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple deals at once
- English level: C1 or higher - used daily for calls, messages, and written communication

- Experience selling SaaS, marketplaces, or subscription-based products
- Experience working with warm inbound flows and marketing-generated demand
- Background in real estate, solar, roofing, or other high-ticket verticals
- Experience improving sales scripts, playbooks, or onboarding materials
Compensation & Bonuses
- Base + bonus
- Average monthly bonus across the team: $3,500
- Top performers earn $12,000–$15,000/month in bonuses
