Про проект
Продовжуємо зрощувати команду стартапу, що аналізує поведінку юзерів під час оптувань. 
Зараз готуємось до виборів в США (висунули свого кандидата): очикуємо багато опитувань через нашу платформу, тому треба підтягнути якість, а саме – народити та виховати сервіс для захисту від AIшки та іншої нелюді, що проходить наші опитування.

Про роль
Тобто, нам потрібен Backend Engineer із сильний Python та побудові API та, бажано, із досвідом в Anti-Fraud / Bot Detection.
Роль матиме повну відповідальність за систему антифроду, від архітектури до продакшену, напряму впливаючи на якість та достовірність даних.

Вам дуже сподобається, якщо ви зараз хочете вкластись головою в побудову системи з нуля.
Вам не дуже сподобається (та і нам теж), якщо в вас зараз є тільки руки.

На цьому я дозволю перемкнутись на англійську, бо інакше якось дивно.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop an anti-fraud service integrated into the survey platform
• Analyze behavioral and response signals, including but not limited with:
  • Response time and latency
  • Answer consistency and logical patterns
  • Interaction variability and corrections
  • Linguistic and structural text patterns
  • Others
• Implement detection logic using:
  • Rule-based heuristics
  • Statistical models
  • Etc
• Build APIs for real-time and post-survey fraud scoring
• Define fraud scores, confidence thresholds, and decision logic (flag, terminate, allow)
• Monitor false positives / false negatives and continuously tune detection logic
• Document known fraud vectors, assumptions, and system limitations
• Work with product and backend engineers to integrate detection into survey flows

Requirements

• Strong Python backend experience and API development
• Practical mindset: understands trade-offs between accuracy and usability
• Comfortable owning a system that directly impacts data quality and trust

Will be a plus

• Node.js
• Good English
• Experience in fraud detection, bot detection, or behavioral analytics
