Manual QA with Linux experience
Manual QA Engineer to join our team focused primarily on regression testing using provided test cases. This is a client-facing role, so you’ll be involved in clear communication around testing progress, questions, risks, and status updates.
Requirements
- Commercial experience as a Manual QA Engineer
- Experience with TestRail or another test management system
- Strong understanding of regression testing and execution discipline
- Solid defect reporting and tracking skills
- Experience testing using VMs across multiple environments
- Basic Linux skills (log checking, finding files, using common commands; ability to Google commands when needed)
- Availability for 3–4 hours overlap with New York (ET)
(Team works in the Ukraine time zone.)

- Experience working in client-facing QA roles
- Experience validating fixes and supporting release/regression cycles

Responsibilities
- Execute regression testing based on existing test cases
- Log, track, and verify defects with high-quality bug reports (clear steps, evidence, expected vs. actual results)
- Maintain test execution status and results in TestRail (or similar tools)
- Test across multiple environments, including working with virtual machines (VMs)
- Perform basic troubleshooting activities such as checking logs on Linux
- Communicate testing updates and clarifications with the client and internal team as needed
