About the Project

We’re building a new iOS app from scratch. Small team (PM, Designer, you as the sole iOS developer). You’ll own everything iOS: architecture, implementation, TestFlight, and App Store submission.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build the iOS app from scratch using Swift and SwiftUI
• Implement an offline-first data layer with SwiftData and sync to Supabase
• Integrate Supabase for auth, realtime updates, and PostgreSQL backend
• Own the full release cycle: TestFlight builds, beta testing, App Store submission
• Collaborate with PM and Designer in a small, fast-moving team

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of professional iOS development
• Experience launching apps from scratch through App Store (not just contributing to existing codebases)
• Hands-on with full release cycle: TestFlight distribution, App Store submission, review process
• Strong SwiftUI skills (this is a SwiftUI-first app)
• Experience with SwiftData or Core Data
• Solid understanding of iOS architecture patterns (MVVM, TCA, or similar)
• Experience with async/await and modern Swift concurrency
• Comfortable being the only iOS dev: making architecture decisions, owning quality, shipping independently

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a solo or lead iOS dev on a project
• Experience with Supabase or similar BaaS platforms
• Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs
• In-app purchases and subscription implementation
• Apps in the App Store that you built and shipped yourself
