Lead Qualification Manager

Are you a natural communicator with a sharp mind? We are looking for a Qualification Manager to join our sales team. You don’t need a decade of IT experience — you need to be a «people person» who can spot a great opportunity from a mile away. You will be the first point of contact for potential partners, ensuring that every lead we pursue is a perfect match for our expertise and business goals.

 

What You Will Do

  • Be the First Impression: Be the first point of contact for international clients reaching out to Halo Lab.
  • Lead Assessment: Analyze incoming inquiries (from Clutch, Dribbble, Website, etc.) to determine if they meet our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Initial Outreach: Conduct discovery calls and text communication to identify client goals, budgets, and timelines.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and organize the pipeline in HubSpot (or your CRM), ensuring no lead is left behind.
  • Market Research: Deep-dive into potential clients' industries to provide the sales team with context before they take over.
  • Learn & Grow: Deep-dive into the world of UI/UX design, web technologies, and B2B sales.Requirements (What we actually care about)

     

Requirements

  • Fluent English: Your written and spoken English must be exceptional (C1+). You’ll be the first voice of Halo Lab.
  • Natural Communicator: You enjoy talking to people. You know how to listen, ask the right questions, and build rapport instantly.
  • Analytical Thinking: You can quickly process information, summarize it, and make a logical «Yes/No» decision based on criteria.
  • High Energy & Curiosity: You are a fast learner. Whether you are a fresh graduate or changing careers, you have a «get things done» attitude.

     

Bonus Points (But not mandatory)

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or any role involving heavy communication.
  • A background in psychology, linguistics, or business.
  • A passion for design and technology.
