Sales Coordinator
Dynamica Labs (Microsoft Gold Partner) is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Manager Assistant to support a Sales Manager in daily coordination, administrative tasks, and basic client communication. REQUIREMENTS:
- A proactive, responsible, and well-organized approach to work.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager Assistant, Sales Support Specialist or in a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Confidence in handling basic communication with clients in English.
- Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Higher education.
- Ability to work effectively under time constraints.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Tech-savvy, with willingness to learn internal systems and tools.
- Experience working in an IT company or similar environment is advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assisting the Sales Manager with daily administrative and coordination tasks.
- Supporting basic client communication (follow-ups, clarifications, scheduling calls).
- Managing electronic correspondence and documentation.
- Preparing and updating documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintaining and organizing sales-related data.
- Managing the Sales Manager’s calendar, meetings, and calls.
