Technical Vendor Manager

We are seeking a Vendor Manager who is responsible for defining detailed technical requirements for IT solutions and recommending optimal architectures based on customer needs. This role involves end-to-end coordination of individual projects, participating in pre-sales activities, conducting negotiations and presentations, and performing on-site assessments alongside both internal and external experts.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote the company’s IT products and solutions
  • Develop and manage a partner ecosystem
  • Collaborate with solution providers to expand and enhance the technology portfolio
  • Prepare supporting and sales-enablement materials together with the B2B team
  • Participate in go-to-market initiatives, including training sessions and Solution Assessments
  • Drive improvements in operational processes to increase efficiency
  • Contribute to improving product quality and strengthening the company’s competitive advantages

Requirements:

  • Higher education in a technical field (preferably Telecommunications), Economics, or Project Management.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience.
  • Proven experience working with IT vendors and solution providers, including technical solution development and commercial/price negotiations.
  • Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Technical Account Manager).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in preparing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • English proficiency at intermediate level or higher for communication with global teams.
  • Industry-recognized certifications in the relevant solution area are a plus.
