Senior Flutter Developer (Fullstack) - Contract Management SaaS

I'm building a Contract Management SaaS platform for the German childcare market that handles multi-party contract workflows between parents, kindergarten administrators, admins.

The tech stack includes Flutter for both web and mobile from a single codebase, Supabase backend with PostgreSQL, authentication, storage and edge functions, all hosted on EU servers for GDPR compliance.

Key features include role-based authentication, dynamic contract forms, PDF generation meeting German legal standards, digital signature capture, multi-party approval workflows, document management, and email automation.

I'm looking for long-term collaboration beyond just a freelance project. We'll work with weekly video calls in CET timezone, daily async updates via Slack/WhatsApp/Telegram, code reviews through GitHub, and agile sprints.

The selection process starts with portfolio review, followed by a paid 2-week test project, then full engagement if successful.

You should have 3+ years production Flutter experience with strong Dart skills and mastery of state management patterns like Provider, Riverpod or Bloc. Backend integration experience with Supabase or Firebase is essential, along with PostgreSQL/SQL knowledge, RESTful API development, and Git version control. Responsive design skills covering both web and mobile platforms are required, plus experience building authentication flows and file upload/download functionality.

Highly valuable skills include PDF generation using tools like puppeteer or pdf-lib, digital signature implementation, email service integration, Supabase Edge Functions with Deno/TypeScript, Row Level Security in PostgreSQL, GDPR compliance understanding, and CI/CD pipeline setup. Experience with document management systems, multi-tenant architecture, business or enterprise applications, and previous SaaS product development would make you stand out.

Ideal candidates have worked on document management systems, contract or workflow automation platforms, digital signature solutions, or B2B SaaS applications with multi-party approval workflows. Experience building form builders, dynamic form generation, or compliance-heavy applications for legal, healthcare or government sectors is highly valued. Background in education technology, municipal software, CRM systems, or enterprise software for SMBs would be a strong advantage.
