We are seeking skilled Web3 and blockchain developers to contribute to the development of our staking platform. This is a long-term remote engagement, offering flexibility for full-time or part-time involvement.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
- Collaborate with our team to develop, implement, and optimize staking functionalities on the blockchain.
- Write secure, efficient, and maintainable smart contracts and related Web3 integrations.
- Assist in designing scalable blockchain solutions aligned with project goals.
- Conduct code reviews, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and security.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in blockchain technology to recommend improvements.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
- Proven experience with blockchain development, smart contract programming (Solidity or similar).
- Strong understanding of Web3.js, Ethers.js, or equivalent frameworks.
- Familiarity with blockchain protocols, tokens, and DeFi ecosystems.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React and Node.js.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating within a distributed team.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate effectively.
