Microsoft Partnership and Licensing Manager

UDS Systems is a Microsoft Solutions Partner specializing in Dynamics 365 CE (CRM), Power Platform, and Azure. Since 2007, we have been cooperating with leading European and US clients across the automotive industry, real estate, IT, finance and other ambitious industries.

We are behind in Microsoft partnership activities and missing:

  • Rebates and incentives
  • CPOR/DPOR-based revenue
  • Leads from Microsoft
  • Awareness among Microsoft field teams
  • Licensing-driven upsell opportunities

We need a dedicated person to take ownership of licensing, partner relations, co-sell activities, and Microsoft ecosystem collaboration.

 

Requirements:

  • Understanding of Microsoft licensing (Dynamics, Power Platform, Microsoft 365).
  • Knowledge of Partner Center, CSP, Incentives, and general Microsoft programs.
  • Ability to communicate with resellers, distributors, and Microsoft field teams.
  • Strong English (required); Finnish or German is a plus.
  • Proactive and independent.
  • High personal reputation and professionalism.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and structured approach.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Licensing Ownership

  • Understand Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and M365 licensing models.
  • Advise sales and delivery teams on proper license combinations.
  • Support customers with licensing optimization, renewals, and upgrades.
  • Create license offers for clients and handle exceptions/escalations.

2. Microsoft Partner Program & Incentives

  • Maintain our Microsoft partner profile: competencies, specializations, score.
  • Track available promotions, incentives, discounts, and rebates.
  • Register CPOR/DPOR associations and ensure we receive corresponding benefits.
  • Monitor changes in the Partner Center ecosystem.

3. Business Development via Microsoft

  • Build relationships with Microsoft representatives in Finland, Germany, Baltics, and other EU regions.
  • Participate in Microsoft lead-generation programs and events.
  • Register deals to secure discounts and co-sell eligibility.
  • Present our company portfolio to Microsoft sellers to gain visibility.

4. Customer Development

  • Monitor current customers’ license usage and identify expansion opportunities.
  • Upsell additional Microsoft products based on usage trends.

5. Internal Coordination

  • Provide quick licensing answers to pre-sales and project teams.
