SDR / Business Development Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced SDR / Business Development Manager to join our IT company and take ownership of lead generation, client communication, and service promotion.
This role combines outbound activities, client calls, and mentoring of the SDR team, with a strong focus on quality leads and long-term business relationships.

 

Responsibilities

  • Research and generate high-quality B2B leads for IT services (outsourcing / outstaffing / custom development).
  • Work with LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) to identify ICPs, segment prospects, and build lead databases.
  • Build, maintain, and manage lead databases using CRM tools and Google Sheets.
  • Conduct outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
  • Communicate directly with potential clients, including written communication and calls.
  • Conduct intro and discovery calls with prospects.
  • Present and promote the company’s IT services, identify client needs, and propose relevant solutions.
  • Qualify leads and hand over sales-ready opportunities to Sales / CEO.
  • Maintain CRM records, update lead statuses, and document call results.
  • Analyze outreach and call performance, improve conversion rates.
  • Mentor and support the SDR team, including guidance on outreach strategies, scripts, and lead quality.
  • Participate in improving sales processes and outbound strategies.

     

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as an SDR, Business Development Manager, or Lead Generation Specialist in IT.
  • Proven experience in client communication, including calls and service presentations.
  • Ability to sell and promote IT services, understand client pain points, and offer solutions.
  • Experience conducting discovery or qualification calls.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound tools.
  • Strong understanding of the IT services market (outsourcing / outstaffing).
  • Experience working with CRM systems and standard tools (Google Workspace, email, LinkedIn).
  • English level sufficient for calls and professional written communication.
  • Experience in or readiness for mentoring SDR team members.
  • Strong communication skills and result-oriented mindset.

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with European and/or US markets.
  • Experience scaling outbound and lead generation processes.
  • Understanding of the IT sales funnel and B2B sales cycles.
