We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales who understands the UAE healthcare and wellness market and can build a high-performance sales engine across our clinics in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This role requires both strategic and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales funnel: from lead generation to closing and retention.
- Manage, hire, and coach the call-center / patient care team to improve conversion at every stage.
- Work directly with incoming leads: qualification, follow-up, conversion to consultations and treatment plans.
- Develop and optimize sales scripts, call flows, and communication standards.
- Analyze daily/weekly KPIs, including conversion rates, show-up rates, sales per consultation, LTV, and repeat purchases.
- Cooperate closely with marketing to align lead quality and improve CAC.
- Build a structured sales process across multiple branches and ensure consistent performance.
- Train physiotherapists and front-desk teams on upselling, cross-selling, and patient communication best practices.
- Conduct market research and understand competitive landscape of health, rehab, and wellness services in the UAE.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and growth plans.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head of Sales / Sales Manager / Clinic Manager in the UAE (healthcare, wellness, fitness, rehab, dental or similar industries).
- Strong operational and hands-on experience with lead conversion and call-center management.
- Excellent understanding of the UAE customer mindset and market specifics.
- Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to motivate and organize a team.
- Data-driven approach: ability to track KPIs, create structured reports, and optimize processes.
- Ability to start ASAP is a strong advantage.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or Russian is a plus.
