Account Manager Sales Closer
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to manage portfolios of our clients, ensuring high levels of product adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention. This role is critical in driving client lifetime value by proactively addressing risks and maximizing product utilization.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Base Management (managing the client portfolio, regular communication with clients, controlling the status of each client, client retention etc.)
- Working with At-Risk Agencies (monitoring product usage indicators, forming a list of at-risk agencies, Initiating contact for client reactivation)
- Payment Control (control over timely received payments, working with overdue payments, coordination with the finance / support department
Product Activation and Usage (client onboarding after connection, controlling the actual use of API / functions, increasing clients' Adoption Score
Requirements (Mandatory)
- Experience as an Account Manager / Customer Success / Sales Support
- Experience working with a subscription model (SaaS is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle objections and difficult clients
- Analytical thinking
- Experience working with CRM
- English knowledge on at least B2 level
Good to have
- Experience in real estate or B2B
- Understanding of API / technical products
- Experience working with churn and retention strategies
