Sales Specialist for B2B SAAS
Integri-X is a SAAS to maximize asset lifespan, organize and optimize inspections for gas, oil and mining industries. The challenge that we help to solve are:
- Asset-intensive industries face rising costs due to unplanned downtime, poor assets condition understanding;
Traditional asset management systems are manual, reactive, and fragmented.
Integri-x is an AI-powered SaaS platform that provides collaborative defect resolution across teams and vendors, AI support for additional documentation and reporting, offline ready and mobile friendly access for in-field inspections.
We are currently expanding our team and looking for a Sales Specialist (Full-Cycle Sales) with strong product sales experience who can manage the complete B2B sales cycle, conduct product demos, and help drive growth for our new startup.
Responsibilities
- Manage the sourcing and lead generation processes.
- Work with CRM (lead updates, pipeline tracking, follow-ups).
- Conduct product demos and clearly present the value of Integri-X.
- Prepare commercial proposals.
- Handle both outbound and inbound leads.
- Develop a solid understanding of the product (we provide training).
Requirements
- Experience in product sales or SaaS sales.
- Proven background in B2B sales.
- English level Upper-Intermediate+.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot is a plus).
- Understanding of outbound and inbound sales channels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and move fast.
Nice to Have
- Experience with US, Canada, Europe, Middle East, or Africa markets.
- Understanding of heavy industries (mining, oil & gas, equipment monitoring).
- Background in LeadGen or SDR roles.
Experience conducting technical or product demos.
