- Onboard Like a Pro β Welcome new clients and guide them through our Upwork growth journey
- Offer demos to users and leads who want a live explanation of the product
- Monitor client goals, track milestones, and offer help before they even ask
- Show users how Vollna can help them get better results on Upwork
- Build Loyalty - Create relationships that turn clients into fans
- Collaborate with founder to solve issues quickly and clearly
- Help with upgrades, billing questions, and account clarity
- Handle cancellations with empathy, and retain clients whenever possible

What You Bring
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager in B2B (SaaS = big bonus)
- You really get Upwork and how to help clients win there
- Excellent communicator β You listen well, speak clearly, and write like a pro
- Problem-solver mindset β You anticipate needs and love creating win-win solutions
- Comfortable juggling things solo or collaborating with a team
- Tools? Youβve used live chat, CRM, Notion and love staying organized
- Bonus if you know search magic like ElasticSearch
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
