Business Developer

Tetracode is looking for a high-performing Business Developer to join our team and help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Drive sales strategy development and execution to grow market share across Europe and Asia
  • Identify, qualify, and engage prospective clients, analyzing their needs and designing customized solutions
  • Craft and present persuasive proposals, including presentations and commercial offers
  • Lead contract negotiations and deal closures with both new and existing customers
  • Assume full account management responsibility post-sale as the primary client contact
  • Maintain CRM system hygiene with up-to-date client information and interaction history
  • Supervise project managers and development teams to maintain alignment with client requirements
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement
  • Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement retention strategies for key accounts
  • Serve as a company ambassador at international conferences, exhibitions, and industry forums across Europe and Asia
  • Conduct periodic on-site visits for business reviews and relationship strengthening
  • Contribute as speaker or panelist at events to enhance brand visibility and industry authority
  • Establish strategic B2B partnerships within the Europe and Asia ecosystem, including technology partners
  • Partner with marketing and technical functions to fuel lead generation and project success
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technological developments in target markets 
  • Maintain CRM system hygiene with up-to-date client information and interaction history
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement

 

Requirements:

  • Track record in selling IT outsourcing projects through discovery and pre-sale consulting phases
  • Deep knowledge of IT services markets, delivery frameworks, and client expectations
  • Capability to navigate extended, complex sales cycles with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Post-sale client stewardship with focus on satisfaction and retention
  • Leadership aptitude in directing cross-functional teams toward shared objectives
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building capabilities
  • Confident public speaker with strong presence at industry forums
  • Geographic flexibility for international client meetings and industry conferences

     

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Commercial engagement history with Europe and Asia markets
  • Business consulting or digital transformation background
  • Self-directed work style with collaborative team adaptability
  • Strong time management and prioritization acumen
  • Availability for business travel required
  • C1 level English proficiency or higher (oral and written); additional languages advantageous

     

Nice to have:

  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation technologies
  • Marketplace experience (Upwork, Freelancer, LinkedIn) for talent sourcing
