QA Engineer

The project team will include a single QA β€” motivated, eager to learn, and ready to grow together
with us.

Required skills:
● At least 2 years of proven work experience in software quality assurance;
● The ideal candidate for this position should have the desire and potential to develop
automation skills in the future;
● Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
● Knowledge of writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
● Knowledge of bug life cycle;
● Knowledge of an Agile/Scrum development process.
● Strong communication and collaboration skills;
● Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Key responsibilities:
● Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases, and maintain
them on an appropriate level of quality;
● Plan and coordinate testing activities;
● Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track issues;
● Verify issue fixes and perform confirmation testing;
● Monitor debugging process results;
● Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts;
● Teach and mentor newcomers.
● Participate in estimation and planning sessions with the team;
● Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to enhance technical skills, and
contribute innovative ideas.

Work terms:
● Working hours: 11:00–20:00 (Kyiv time)
● Workdays: Monday–Friday
● Vacation: 24 paid days per year
● Trial period: 3 months
