Senior Full-Stack Developer (Node.js/React)

Our family-style company is looking for a Strong Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the core engineering team. You’ll take full ownership of features across modern frontend and backend stacks, collaborate with founders and product teams, and help scale a production-ready platform in the high-education sector.

About the Role
The startup recently closed a successful seed round and is actively expanding. You will join a small, highly experienced team and work as a fully integrated engineer rather than as an external contractor.
 

What you’ll do:

• Own full-stack feature delivery (React/Next.js + Node.js, TypeScript)
• Build high-quality UI and contribute to UX decisions (Shadcn, design fundamentals)
• Work with TRPC, Drizzle ORM, and a monorepo (pnpm)
• Contribute to cloud architecture using GCP, Kubernetes, IaC
• Collaborate with senior engineers on larger system components

• Communicate closely with founders, PMs, and team leads.

   

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years experience in full-stack development
• Expert in React + TypeScript
• Strong backend: Node.js + TypeScript
• Advantages: Next.js, Shadcn, TRPC, Drizzle, monorepo/pnpm, GCP/Kubernetes/Terraform
• Strong UI/UX intuition
• Excellent English and communication

• Leadership mindset and startup experience are strong pluses.
