GTS Developer

We are looking for an external specialist to support the consolidation and migration of legacy Global Trade System (GTS) instances into a unified global GTS. The project spans over 20 countries and involves technical analysis, data migration, and implementation of a new Swiss customs system. The role will operate within an agile framework.

Responsibilities:

• Perform technical analysis of Sigma GTS and connected ERP systems
• Migrate and validate data, ensuring integrity and proper functioning of processes
• Design IT solutions, configure and customize the GTS system, and develop system extensions for additional functionality
• Conduct testing, cutover activities, and hypercare support post-go-live
• Integrate Swiss customs system requirements with existing trade processes
• Provide training, workshops, and professional consultation to ensure smooth adoption

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in Global Trade Systems (GTS) and ERP system integration
• Experience with technical analysis, large-scale data migration, and system configuration
• Proficiency in designing, customizing, and extending GTS solutions
• Familiarity with agile methodologies, sprints, and collaborative development practices
• End-to-end software development experience, including implementation and validation
• Proficiency in German will be a plus
