Zoho CRM Developer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Zoho CRM Developer to join our team. This role is crucial for maximizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our customer relationship management system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development, configuration, customization, and administration of Zoho CRM and its integration with other business applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Development & Customization:
  • Design, develop, and implement custom features, modules, and fields within Zoho CRM to meet specific business requirements.
  • Write and implement Deluge scripting (Zoho’s proprietary language) to create custom functions, automate workflows, and build complex business logic.
  • Configure and maintain workflow rules, blueprints, validation rules, assignment rules, and security profiles (roles, profiles, sharing settings).
• System Integration:
  • Integrate Zoho CRM with other Zoho applications (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho Desk) and third-party systems using REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing integrations to ensure seamless data flow and system reliability.
• Administration & Maintenance:
  • Perform regular system audits, data cleanup, and data migration tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain data integrity, system performance, security settings, and backups.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all Zoho CRM related issues for end-users.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
  • Work closely with stakeholders and department heads to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including development plans, user guides, and training materials.

  • Create custom reports and dashboards within Zoho CRM and Zoho Analytics to provide actionable business insights.

     

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing and administering Zoho CRM.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting is mandatory.
  • Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM's capabilities, limitations, and module structures.
  • Experience with API integration (REST/SOAP) and web services.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases and data migration best practices.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other Zoho One applications (e.g., Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Desk).
• Knowledge of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for developing custom widgets or portals.
• Zoho Certified Developer or Administrator status.
• Experience with large-scale data migrations and system rollouts.
