We are expanding our sales department not because of turnover, but because the number of incoming clients continues to grow and the current team no longer has enough capacity to handle the volume.
Our sales managers stay with us long-term because expectations, workload, and income structure are clear from day one.

We are looking for a Sales Account Manager who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, understands performance-based income, and knows that sales is about responsibility, speed, and results.

The first month includes an intensive adaptation period.
Managers who actively engage with clients and close deals consistently reach $1100–1500+ monthly income (base + commissions), with higher earnings directly tied to individual performance.
Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming warm leads (classic B2B + e-commerce, including Amazon sellers)
  • Communicate with clients via Telegram, WhatsApp, email, and calls
  • Collect shipment requirements and prepare accurate inputs for the logistics team
  • Present offers, negotiate terms, and close deals
  • Maintain CRM records and manage the full client lifecycle
  • Re-engage inactive clients and return them to active cooperation
  • Conduct video calls and clearly explain pricing and value
  • Work with clients across multiple time zones (US/EU/CN)
  • Handle high volumes of communication and multitasking
  • Ensure fast response time during core working hours (1–10 minutes)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00.
As with any international B2B sales role, candidates should understand that occasional brief communication outside standard hours may be required to maintain client relationships.
