Requirements

-3–7 years of experience working with institutional clients in trading, market making, or crypto liquidity

-Experience with market making operations or working with centralized exchanges

-Strong understanding of the crypto market structure and institutional trading needs

-Excellent communication and client management skills

-Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented

-Comfortable working with technical and trading teams

Responsibilities

— Manage relationships with existing market makers, HFTs, prime brokers, prop desks, and hedge funds

— Ensure clients liquidity and trading performance meet agreed KPIs (spread, depth, volume)

— Monitor and report on trading activity and liquidity metrics

— Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support

— Work closely with the technical team to maintain system reliability and address client requests

— Implement best practices in market making and client relationship management

— Identify opportunities to improve liquidity quality and operational efficiency
