Partnership/Marketing Manager $$ Offline
Weβre now looking for a Partnership Manager who will own and grow relationships with technology vendors, platforms, and partner ecosystems to generate long-term business opportunities.
The Partnership Manager will be responsible for strategic relationships with tech providers (CMS, cloud, AI/ML vendors, e-commerce platforms, dev tools, etc.) to drive lead generation, co-marketing, co-selling, and joint opportunities.
This role sits at the intersection of Business Development and Marketing and is designed for someone who enjoys building long-term relations, creating win-win collaborations, and representing the company across partner communities.
Responsibilities:
β’ Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
β Identify and onboard new tech partners (CMS, AI/ML, DevOps, cloud, e-commerce platforms);
β Maintain and grow relationships with existing partners such as Storyblok, Strapi, and others;
β Act as the main point of contact for partner teams (sales, marketing, etc).
β’ Ecosystem Engagement & Opportunity Development
β Build strong connections with partner sales reps and partner managers to receive customer referrals;
β Ensure the company is included in partner marketplaces, directories, and RFP lists;
β Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced opportunities;
β’ Co-Marketing & Co-Selling
β Plan and lead preparations of case studies and campaigns with partners;
β Work with Marketing to create partner-focused content;
β Working with partners offline events.
β’ Partner Enablement
β Ensure internal teams (Sales, Delivery) understand partner solutions and value propositions;
β Drive new certifications and training programs to strengthen our partner status;
β Collect partner updates, tool changes, and share internally.
β’ Analytics & Reporting
β Track performance of each partner ecosystem;
β Report to company leaseship;
β Suggest improvements based on partner feedback and industry trends.
Requirements:
β’ 1+ years of experience in Marketing, Partnerships, Business Development, Channel Sales or Account Management in a tech environment;
β’ Understanding of the software development lifecycle and modern tech stacks (web, mobile, cloud, CMS, AI/ML);
β’ Strong relationship-building skills; comfortable working with partner sales and marketing teams;
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills;
β’ Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above);
β’ Proactive, structured, and able to drive long-term initiatives.
Would be a plus:
β’ Experience working with vendor ecosystems such as:
β Storyblok, Strapi, Contentful;
β AWS / GCP / Azure;
β AI/ML tool providers (HuggingFace, OpenAI partners, etc.);
β’ Experience with co-marketing activities (webinars, case studies, events);
β’ Existing network in tech/platform partner communities.
