Sales Specialist

North South Tech is launching a new AI SaaS product — Integri-X, a platform that modernizes asset integrity, predictive maintenance, and operational safety for industries such as mining, oil & gas, construction, and heavy equipment.

 

We’re looking for a Sales Specialist with experience in product-focused B2B sales who can independently manage the full sales cycle, run demos, and help scale our new product in global markets.


What You Will Do

  • Own the entire sales process: prospecting, qualification, outreach, demos, deals.
  • Develop and grow relationships with leads in core industries.
  • Present the Integri-X product to potential clients through clear, value-focused demos.
  • Maintain and track the pipeline in CRM (HubSpot or similar).
  • Work closely with the product team to communicate customer insights.
  • Prepare sales materials, follow-ups, and commercial offers.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound sales channels.
  • Learn the product’s key use cases and communicate them confidently (training provided).

     

What We Expect

  • Experience with SaaS or product sales (not only services).
  • Proven track record in end-to-end B2B sales.
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher — daily communication & demos.
  • Ability to present complex ideas in a simple, structured way.
  • Strong sales communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Proactive mindset, ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities.

     

Bonus Points

  • Experience selling in US, Canada, EU, Middle East, or African markets.
  • Understanding of industrial segments: mining, oil & gas, construction, machinery.
  • Previous SDR / LeadGen experience.
  • Confidence in conducting technical or product demonstrations.
