WebFlow Designer + Developer (2-3K USD) to $3000

I’m the Director of Marketing at Rwazi.com (B2B SaaS).
We’re rebuilding our entire marketing site on Webflow - fast, clean, scalable.
 

You’ll work day-to-day with our SEO Content Manager:
- They own copywriting, content and content conversion
- You own design, structure, and website conversions
- Together you own growth through the website
 

📚 What You’ll Do:
- Rebuild the full site 10-15 pages in 4-6 weeks (Client-First architecture)
- Execute a new design system from our Head of Design - and improve it if possible
- Month 2-12: Ship 20–40 pages/month using scalable templates
- Build CMS structures & templates for programmatic SEO (templates → scale)
- Own website conversion rate optimization (this becomes your #1 KPI)
 

📚 Who We’re Looking For:
A hybrid: designer × builder × someone who genuinely geeks out on CRO.

Must have:
- Strong Webflow (clean structure, CMS, components)
- Figma - can design & iterate, not just copy
- Solid responsive logic
- Comfortable with light custom JS
- Bonus: Claude Code, Figma Make AI, animations/interactions confidence

💸 Compensation & Logistics:
- $2,000/month (CEO-approved)
- If you’re exceptional, I personally go to the CEO to push +$500–1,000
- Full-time, remote
- At least 3 hours overlap with Brazil working time (GMT-3)
- English: conversational+
- This starts as redesign + migration → becomes our long-term growth engine.
