Full-stack developer (Next.js, Typescript, Flutter, AI, AWS)

Forecast Fusion is a USA-based seed-stage startup team of 3 building innovative AI-driven products:

• LegalFlow – an AI-powered platform for analyzing 100+ page legal documents.
• WeatherWear – a mobile app that recommends outfits based on weather conditions using AI.
• Additional AI projects in early validation stages.

We are looking for a Mid-Senior Full-Stack Developer (3–5+ years experience) to join full-time and work across our stack:

• Next.js 14 + TypeScript (frontend & backend)
• Supabase (database + authentication)
• PostgreSQL with row-level security
• AI layer: Google Gemini 1.5 API via LangChain.js (prompt chains, agents, memory, RAG pipelines)
• LangSmith for prompt debugging and optimization
• Flutter for iOS and Android mobile applications
• AWS environment setup

What we expect:

• 3–5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of React/Next.js 14 and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS environment and PostgreSQL (ideally including security features like RLS).
• Interest in or hands-on experience with LangChain.js / AI-driven workflows.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small team.
• Comfortable working directly with business stakeholders.
• Passion for AI technologies and eagerness to apply them to both product development and personal productivity.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Supabase in production.
• Prior integrations with Gemini, OpenAI, Claude, or similar LLMs.
• Background in SaaS, legal-tech, or complex workflow platforms.
• Experience with mobile app development and AWS cloud services.

Engagement & Compensation:

• Full-time (35–40 hrs/week).
• Flexible working hours, overlap with EEST (GMT+3) and EDT (GMT-4) for team sync.
• Monthly compensation range: $2,000 – $3,000 (USD), depending on experience.
