Sales Trainee / Junior Sales Manager (IT Services)

LITSLINK is looking for a motivated Sales Trainee / Junior Sales Manager who wants to start a career in IT services sales and learn how to acquire clients via different outbound channels and platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, interest in IT, and a results-driven mindset. You will go through structured onboarding and hands-on training with real projects and mentorship from experienced sales managers.

 

Requirements

  • Strong interest in IT services and software development
  • English level: Intermediate+ (written & spoken)
  • Good written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn sales processes and work with KPIs
  • Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of B2B communication or client interaction
  • Readiness to work with cold outreach on platforms (e.g. Upwork, LinkedIn or similar)

 

Nice to have

  • Any experience with freelance platforms (Upwork or similar)
  • Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer support, or recruitment
  • Basic understanding of web/mobile development and tech stacks
  • Familiarity with SDLC
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)

 

Responsibilities

  • Learn how to sell IT services (software development, dedicated teams, UX/UI) via outbound channels and platforms
  • Search for relevant projects and assist with proposal writing
  • Communicate with leads and support pre-sales activities
  • Qualify incoming requests and help clarify client requirements
  • Support estimation and deal-closing process together with mentors
  • Maintain CRM and sales reports
  • Follow internal sales processes, templates, and guidelines
  • Gradually start bringing first clients to the company
