Junior Sales Manager (IT Services)
LITSLINK is looking for a motivated Junior Sales Manager with initial experience in sales (3–12 months) who wants to grow in IT services sales and develop skills in client acquisition via outbound channels and platforms.
This role is ideal for candidates who already have basic exposure to sales or lead generation, strong communication skills, and a desire to build a career in IT outsourcing. You will work with real projects, receive mentorship from experienced sales managers, and gradually take ownership of your deals.
Requirements
- 2-3+ months of experience in sales / lead generation / customer communication
- Strong interest in IT services and software development
- English level: Intermediate+ (written & spoken)
- Good written communication skills
- Understanding of basic sales processes and willingness to work with KPIs
- Proactive, responsible, and result-oriented mindset
- Basic experience with B2B communication or client interaction
- Readiness to work with cold outreach (Upwork, LinkedIn, email, etc.)
Nice to have
- Experience with freelance platforms (Upwork or similar)
- Previous experience in IT sales / lead generation / recruitment
- Basic understanding of web/mobile development and tech stacks
- Familiarity with SDLC
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Work on selling IT services (software development, dedicated teams, UX/UI) via outbound channels and platforms
- Search for relevant projects and write proposals
- Communicate with leads and participate in pre-sales activities
- Qualify incoming requests and clarify client requirements
- Support estimation and deal-closing process together with senior team members
- Maintain CRM and sales reports
- Follow internal sales processes, templates, and guidelines
- Gradually take ownership of deals and bring first clients
