Sales Manager (Crypto)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy targeting high-risk verticals requiring advanced crypto payment solutions.
  • Identify, qualify, and close deals with businesses seeking crypto processing, settlement, and risk-tolerant payment infrastructure.
  • Build a strong pipeline and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and onboarding.
  • Present product demos and prepare commercial proposals tailored to complex client requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting high-risk sectors.

     

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales within crypto payments or high-risk finance.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals in challenging high-risk verticals.
  • Strong understanding of crypto payments, stablecoins, and merchant settlement processes.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks affecting high-risk industries.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
  • Fluent English; additional languages are a strong plus.
