Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational tasks across teams and projects
- Support the creation and maintenance of operational processes and workflows
- Execute logistics, administrative tasks, and routine operational work
- Identify and resolve operational issues with practical solutions
- Maintain documentation, procedures, and process records
- Facilitate communication between teams and stakeholders
Coordinate with external partners and service providers when required
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
- Languages: Ukrainian (required), English B1โB2 (required)
- Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions
Self-driven, organized, capable of working independently
Preferred Background:
- Experience coordinating remote teams
- Previous work in technology companies or startups
- Comfortable using modern digital tools
Experience documenting and improving processes

Compensation & Growth
- Part-time: $400โ500/month (20 hours/week)
