Candidate Requirements:

Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• Version Control Systems:
  • Confident knowledge and use of Git (including branching, merging, and conflict resolution).
  • Experience working with IT project hosting services, specifically GitHub.
• Databases (SQL):
  • Profound understanding of Relational Databases (SQL).
  • Ability to design relational database schemas.
  • Proficiency in operating with the SQL query language, with practical experience using MySQL.
• Network Protocols and Communication:
  • Understanding of the principles behind HTTP and HTTPS protocols.
  • Ability to work with Web Sockets to implement real-time, bi-directional communication.
• Development and Code Quality:
  • Ability to perform high-quality Code Review to ensure standards, readability, and efficiency.
  • Skill in conducting application testing.
• Computer Science Fundamentals:
  • Excellent knowledge of algorithms and data structures and the ability to apply them to solve complex problems and optimize performance.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Strong Pluses)

• Operating Systems and Servers:
  • Practical skills working with the Linux operating system.
  • Experience configuring and working with the Nginx web server.
• Cloud Technologies:
  • Existing experience utilizing and working with cloud services, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Back-end:
  • Programming Language: PHP

  • Frameworks and Libraries: Vue.js, jQuery
  • Markup and Styling: HTML, CSS

• Specific Layout Requirements:
  • Ability to ensure Responsive and Cross-browser layout/markup.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Analytics and Reporting:
  • Developing Sales Funnel analytics within the Gyre Admin panel.
  • Creating a user-friendly tool for obtaining detailed user information, including: used channels, subscription status, volume and metrics of broadcasts (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).
• New Products and Portals:
  • Developing a dedicated portal/cabinet page for selling the product to B2B companies.
  • Developing the broadcast calendar functionality.
• Automation and User Interaction:
  • Integrating mailing/newsletter and a chatbot into the cabinet to send messages and recommendations based on the user's activity within the product.
  • Developing a gamification algorithm for the cabinet (for completing training, performing tasks, etc.).
• Platform Development and Integrations:
  • Ongoing work with providers: expanding the list of providers that meet our internal quality metrics.
  • Developing new product functionality, including its testing and final implementation.
